Project Brief
To improve an on-campus student experience and by using the double diamond design process to explore the variety of ways to improve this experience through a website / app interface.
Design direction
Our group chose the Brunel design store where students and staff can access a range of products and services.

Problem:
Carried out research to identify the key activities carried out by users when purchasing or requesting a service at Stores. Creating a user journey map identified several pain points, delight points, opportunities and behaviour from customers.



Method:
Completed a first iteration of basic wireframes from sketching to creating a digital version on Sketch and Photoshop. These images were then shown to a group of students and the store manager for their thoughts on the look and feel of the initial site.


Outcome:
A final prototype was created using Sketch and InVision as a mock up of the desktop version of the site.
